The ‘Rustic cooking’ workshop took place in the Residencia en la Tierra from the 15th to the 17th May 2010. It was lead by chef Alejandro Gutérrez Vélez who demonstrated a range of delicious recipes prepared alfresco, on the grounds of the Residencia.
