Room and board: The facility has six comfortable and fully furnished bedrooms ideal to rest and relax. Three rooms are available as single bedrooms, furnished with a double bed, a private bathroom, hot water and cable television (optional). For those wishing to share rooms, the Residence also has three rooms suitable for multiple accommodations. These also have a private bathroom, hot water and cable television (optional).

Creative studio: Residents have access to a collective work area outfitted for creators from different artistic disciplines. However, for individuals who require concentration and isolation due to their particular project, there is the possibility of arranging an individual studio. All studios are located in an environment surrounded by serenity, natural light and a beautiful landscape.
